Cryptopia is now much more than 5 BTC (It's actually 17.2 BTC at current DOT pricing). In addition, CoinExchange.io has gone up to 4 BTC.
With this being the case, we need to vote on how to proceed with the exchange race. The following are options the community has put together in order to move forward with our never-ending chase of exchanges.
Roughly 200.000$ for a listing on Cryptopia... WTF?! This is insane. Even a listing on the biggest exchange, Binance, is cheaper (80.000$).
Let's go for BTC-Alpha. The site seems to be a WEX clone (formerly known as BTC-e). Only the stylesheet is different. WEX is great. Very reliable, fast API, never got hacked and even the FBI was not able to shut the site down for long.
It's also great that there are just a few dozen coins on BTC-Alpha and not thousands of s**tcoins. Really brings a lot of attention to BTCZ. Let's go to BTC-Alpha as quickly as possible before the listing fees go up...
But I don't understand the voting - how can we pay BTC-Alpha right now if the exchange fund is only 0.5 BTC? When does the voting close?
