How i know there is a fork and you call it bad chain ? (2 lines in end of topic ?) and you don't explain why that happen and never will happen again and people lose money

anyways , how to back coins from old chain ? i don't understand how ?

Calm down mate - this is normal with newer coins - pools fork suddenly and then any coins mined are not actually there because its not in consensus with the others.
