Supposedly Avalon has chips directly shipped from TSMC Foundry according to the NO Bullshit No fine print terms of sale.    If groupbuy chips actually were stuck in customs, he certainly should have given a heads up to Steamboat, Zefir, and Sebastian.  Instead he chose radio silence.
