I think that today's short-term growth of Ethereum, will not be able to influence and bring Ethereum to the price of 0.2 btc.
Before ETH hit that for sure it will correct, since bitcoin will start pumping now but I believe it can hit that price this year because a lot of good speculation about ETH this year. ETH is a good technology that can really go before bitcoin, so better to study more on this and try to hold more.
