It depends, are you a professional? Do you analyze the market every day, and do daily research on the coins? If you are, then your good and if you dont then you might be screwed. You should only invest in coins you keep up with, unless you are okay with the gambling.
I pretty much try to stay updated on every coin I hold, mostly via reddit/telegram/discord but, its hard to filter the fomo/fud spreading people out and get the real news on every coin each day. I'm not a fulltime crypto guy, sadly still on my average 9-5 job but I spend way more time researching than I would have ever guessed
so I'm not a professional but I'm interested and putting time in research/learning
