There is no Pre-ICO / Pre-Sale and no whitelist, but there will be an opportunity to pre-register, create an ICO account, and complete the KYC application process before the ICO via the CoinSpark web site.

Pre-registration is scheduled to open on or before 10th February.

The ICO will accept ETH, BTC, and LTC in exchange for SPARK. There are 25,000,000 SPARK tokens total.
