You waited until the escrow is standing-by and ready to make the deal go through to start changing your terms and everything else.

These two items combined would catch a minimum of $440 if they were instantly sold to the lowest bidder; it you actually tried to sell them for a decent price you could fetch somewhere near $650. What are you willing to offer me for these two items combined? These items aren't rare patterns or anything else subjective, they are firm, objective market prices and there should be no reason for all the nonsense of last-time.
