Nice to see a lower cap. Maybe everyone got a chance to participate. But why restrict Gas and gwei?
That is the minimum cost of transaction that can be dealt with quickly, increasing your chances of acquiring ABT. I think 51,000 and 31 Gwei are small numbers when community is accustomed to the ICO requiring 250,000 gas and 60 Gwei.
