Nice to see a lower cap. Maybe everyone got a chance to participate. But why restrict Gas and gwei?
I have not learned about this project yet, but I think individual cap is still too high, and I cant believe it with GAS and GWEI, have you thought about this carefully? I understand that you want transactions to be faster, but in my opinion this will weigh on the potential investors middle to bottom, unless you are not expecting middle-class investors, and hope to get a lion.

Max cost = 51.000 * 31 / 10^9 = 1.581 ETH = $1.9 USD.
I think it's a reasonable price for the hottest ICO in early 2018!
