Rev2 M-boards are currently in production, and I really think it's a good idea to ship the units with those as it makes it more plug and play.

I still believe we will be shipping everything as promised, apart from possibly exceeding specs by 25% on the power consumption side. (Meaning: less energy consumption) I'm also working together with Foofighter to produce casings for these units, ie. boxes with fans
I have doubts we will have them available in time for August shipments though 
I should be getting first M-boards on friday, so if all goes as planned, we would start shipping week 34. (August 19th - 25th)

I expect september to be quiet in terms of what's being produced. We know we should be getting more chips in sept/oct '13. We can prepare everything else in advance, so when we get the chips, production can start rolling quickly (we can book a slot for PCB assembly). Unfortunately the IC fab + IC packaging part of the equation can be unpredictable and can cause delays from time to time. This is why I can say october, but nothing more precise. If all goes as planned (and as promised to us by our manufacturing partners), I believe it's theoretically possible to start shipping october units in first half of october.

We honor our promised timetables to our bulk chip customers so much, that we have set a self-imposed fine for missing the dates promised.

We did not have much chips in august to begin with. Those that we had were pretty much split 50%-50% between me and Dave.
