I am having problems withdrawing my coins for the last 4 weeks. I do not receive an email verification for withdrawals, so the
withdrawal will not complete. I have checked my email spam folder, etc. There is no problem with the email itself.

Ticket ID #218999.
Please assist with this problem.

That means you didn't enable your 2fa function in your account? I don't know whether this will work for you or not. But want you try below method.
If they still allow you to withdraw your coins since you didn't receive your email then enable 2fa function then to withdraw your coin you just need to enter pin from 2fa feature and no need to worry about receiving email anymore.
I always suggest enabling 2fa before you deposit money into any online sites.
