windows is implementing new anti crypto mining virus in collaboration with nvidia which will crash multi gpu systems without errors  just joking, I had the same problem few days ago and figured out it has to be something with electricity which is weird but it can be... I lowered all gpu to 60% power limit+ no oc and it's working
