I sent 2 deposit to C-Cex account from my Windows wallet and Mpos-pools but never receive it. On the blockchain cannot track infor for any transaction after December, 17th 2017. I ask C-Cex for support but they cannot help.

All my deposit transactions after 17th Dec 2017 to my address is wWxmR9hAGDESZizZEdeTyNHvvwi94e6o2W that have not been found on the blockchain but I still receive the coin Except 2 transactions above, you can see in my History.
I do not know where or who to ask for help, only you maybe know how to help me.

2. Please, make sure you can see confirmations of your transaction in block explorer.
