Are your developers really working to enable verification tab for the new users? I've been waiting for really long time but verification for me is still disabled.
I know you don't provide ETA. But if you won't enable verification for the new users, can you please state this clearly?
If you won't enable verification, please tell us so. Maybe you don't want more customers, I don't know. This shouldn't be that hard.

I had the same problem for about a month ago.
Sent email to Kraken support and their suggested solution was to open new account.
I opened 3 more accounts but the problem still persisted.
But last friday I tried my luck and opened a new account again and voilà!
I could verify my account.
I used the same gadget and the same browser as the old accounts to open the new one.

Some time ago the company published an article on the blog to say about Revolut/TransferWise transfers that can't be used with Kraken. However, there are folks who are using Revolut without a problem. What is the situation currently? Is the article still up to date?

Hi LeGaulois. If the third party payment processor using personalized IBANs in the specific client's name, it's okay to use them. Please inquire with your local branch to confirm that they're able to do this for you. You can read more on this
