The end of January now. But I do not see tokens in my wallet. Also there is no information about exchanges

Correct. Assuming that you are a bounty hunter, you will not receive any tokens until 7 days after an MDN/BTC trading pair opens up.
So please do not expect tokens to be sent to your wallet, until the listing process is complete.

How much will be the circulating supply?
7 days post listing we'll be looking at - roughly - 1.4 Million MDN in active circulation.
