BAR listed on 2 exchanges... FatBTC and HitBTC

FatBTC? I have never heard of this exchange before this post. Is this a Chinese exchange? Hopefully this can increasing the trading volume of the Titanium BAR tokens.
I think that it is a Chinese exchange, but you can still use it, because of the English language available on the site. I don't know if i will use it ever, but there is Hitbtc which we can always use.
Edit: After some research i think you are allowed to register there as a non-Chinese.
thanks for doing this research for us, I have to say that I have never heard of this exchange. I'll look at it in the next few days. There are really many exchanges now, so it is hard to stay up to date. But i think i have to register there, because i really want to buy some BAR:-)
