Mostly. 4/5 orders cancelled due to the fact that people have no clue what they're supposed to do on the site.
I hardly have that problem. Maybe one out of 20 customers fail to pay for their order. And I prefer it's a bit too easy to make an order and not pay for it than to scare legitimate customers away by making it too cumbersome. I don't really care if someone makes an order and then doesn't pay - it doesn't cost me anything, and the order is automatically cancelled by Bitmit after a few days. I could see how it's frustrating if you use the auction format, though.
"Tosaki": Please don't implement the systems TheButterZone and favdesu are suggesting. I fear it would drastically reduce the number of successful orders.
We may implement such a feature but we would make it as optional setting which is not activated by default because I think it would affect the checkout process negatively.
