Do you know the real reason for the high transaction fees and the network delay,there are more transaction taking place,which means there are more users that the network could accommodate,helping the growth of bitcoin necessarily does not mean that the price must be growing,we need the infrastructure to be solid for everyone to use it,it is a new technology and i am sure that it will be upgraded in the future.
I think the increase in users will obviously make bitcoin price higher as more users increase to demand. but it's true what you're saying is that more users will get more transactions on the network and will make your transaction will be longer to get confirmed. I think developers are still thinking about it. bitcoin is growing but if not in upgraded it will be the same as making the bitcoin worse. fork is not very helpful, isnt ?
