Yes you got that right. When the wallet says it will stake and give your reward or mined coins in ten days it means ten days. If it says one day then one day. You just have to be really patient about this.
The coin age is important for the next stake. For me, i was on 15 days yesterday till next stake. Today, i need only 6 days for the next stake. I think my next stake is in 1-2 days. You dont need much patience for staking.
Hmmm Never of thought of staking rules or algorithms that were inputted by the coin devs all that matters for me is that it is stalking. I am really not into the programming and schematics because I am really no programmer. How can one understand how a wallet stakes or mines on a PoS system?
