There are some red flags (people asking for refunds on telegram - which are being given) as well as all the noise here and the lack of momentum, but this isn't some group of randos on the internet. This is an established business that I think is just looking to pivot or make the most of the current blockchain and ICO craze to help light the fire of possibly some stagnating business. It really just depends on the execution now and the plan moving forward.
