Bitconnect had it coming, regulators were not giving the company breathing space till they shut down their lending  platform. I hope Trevon James also gets his behind sued for luring investors into the fraudulent lending scheme with his YouTube videos.
I am glad ...

I seriously hope that all these YouTubers will get sued for their horrific participation in an obvious ponzi scheme. Some of them uploaded a sorry video explaining how they themselves have been a victim too, but no one buys it.

These cockroaches have deleted their videos where they promote Bitconnect...

Unfortunately for the gullible ones who were led into participating, no amount of sorry videos will help return their lost investments.

Lots of stuff is going on in the news which includes Robinhood entering the space, bitconnect getting sued, a robbery in Canada, and South Korea opening up exchanges.

Find my YouTube video which I cover everything at: Robinhood building a platform, bitconnect getting sued and....
How do you think this will effect bitcoin?
I didn't think those robbers got away with anything, a further inquiry confirmed my suspicions. There wasn't anything stolen, luckily, but it definitely looked like there might have been something that could have happened if the situation escalated. This is one of the reasons why you shouldn't publish the addresses of such institutions, and they should try to remain as anonymous as possible. I can think of one exchange in Canada that avoids posting their address, and it hasn't caused them any grief yet.

I believe having a physical address gives the exchange a certain tone of authenticity. Not everyone will want to get involved with an exchange that can disappear with their cash without any means of confronting them legally.
