I am a newbie and honestly didnt know at first what to do with my account. I was disabled once, pay a small amount of bitcoin to lift my disabled status. But now again I am disabled what should I do? 
Need some advice and guidance. It is really a big help for a newbie like me to get an idea how to avoid being disabled stat.
