Sorry that I forgot to reply. So you are mostly facing problems because customers don't know what Bitcoin is and how to pay, right?
Mostly. 4/5 orders cancelled due to the fact that people have no clue what they're supposed to do on the site.
I hardly have that problem. Maybe one out of 20 customers fail to pay for their order. And I prefer it's a bit too easy to make an order and not pay for it than to scare legitimate customers away by making it too cumbersome. I don't really care if someone makes an order and then doesn't pay - it doesn't cost me anything, and the order is automatically cancelled by Bitmit after a few days. I could see how it's frustrating if you use the auction format, though.

"Tosaki": Please don't implement the systems TheButterZone and favdesu are suggesting. I fear it would drastically reduce the number of successful orders.

there are several problems, at least in my point of view:

- competitors can troll buy your item to get it off of the listing and sell the same item (I'm selling games, so it's quite common)

- I have a blog and a forum thread, and every time I relist an item, I have to modify the item links

- Auto cancellation is set to 8 hours

so I actually lose money and time if an order has to be cancelled
