Sounds and looks like a fake escrow site. Not recommended at all. Don't send any coins to that site.
As mentioned above, trusted escrows on this site are recommended for all your escrow needs. If you intend to engage an escrow on this site, be sure to contact that person on his official thread or profile. Never rely on links or websites provided by whoever you are transacting with.
