Do you know when the services will be restored to accommodate holders with enough time to move their holdings stored on exchanges to private wallets prior to the snapshot?

I also use the swing wallet which is connected, have not processed any transactions since the explorer issue, but Im talking in general about those only using the web wallet. I am more concerned that we may see another airdrop postponement due to reasons unknown to the community, things that are normally discussed or speculated in the Discord channel.
Say there is a postponement, which some may now believe to be the case due to uncertainty, there will be holders selling and these with holdings in the web wallet will be unable to do so. The price is dropping.
I can understand the situation with the previous snapshot date, Cryptopia experiencing issues with some wallets, HUSH, ZOI, etc. which acknowledged a postponement, but now I dont know what is happening
Is the snapshot still set to be due at around noon UTC 1 Feb?
