ONE THING COSS isn't is a scam, they are compliant with all Singapore regulation and believe me if they were, they would be shut down by the Singaporean authorities in no time. There is a back log of tickets in Support at present but there is NO scam and they are trying their best to keep adding more staff.

I wrote 3 E-Mails, but never received a response at all, not even an auto-reply message.
