Basically from what i understand happened, was duke didn't pay in time for the server costs to madbuda and he didn't want to pay out of his own pocket so he shut them down.
The silly thing is that they were both impatient with one and the other. They need to align HUSH as a business, assign roles and responsibilities between the team members. Funding is essential, they need to have payments available in advance, alternatively, they need to actively seek donations within the participating community. They lack business, basic people and communication skills, and both went on a childish and destructive rage. The other members acted reasonably, but they have no leadership. At the end, they excluded the community.
You don't pull the plug on an invested community, this is bad business practice and unethical. Their actions made the BitConnect people look like saints.
All they needed were a little patience.
