We will see if the ICO is announced tomorrow or today. I hope it will be! But I bet 10 strats that nothing will be announced, it could be that they run in to problems with second ICO and it got cancelled, and now trying to find replacement. After all, chris said it well be announced well before end of January.
If chris delivers, I think we will see investor confidence go higher and we might even break to top 15, if not, we will go under 10$ - my prediction
I don't think it'll matter if he announce that a little bit later. I don't care and I would definitely not feel worse about Stratis because that announcement gets delayed. People are always asking for deadlines and ETAs and what not. That's why from time to time devs commit to statements and sometimes they can make it and sometimes not.
