A lot of Politicians say "I am going to fix the VA", or and let me explain how that is done.

In Indiana at the DMV, there is a guy that  takes all the Learner's Permits in, and he approves and files them by hand, and puts them into a filing cabinet. If you go to his office and set it on fire, all of those records are gone. So they want that fixed. That is the VA, there are people writing appointments by hand sometimes, and other things are done by hand, and then take time to get into the System. And the System is not connected to other Systems.

If you owe Child Support, the Courts will ping the State System and National System, then you will lose your Fishing License. But the VA still has people doing things by hand.

That is how to fix the VA, it is the System.
