Tech update: SPARC completed preparations to run and test its first pilot project using its Distributed Compute Platform.
A computational astronomy project from a PhD student at Queen's University will serve to benchmark performance and relative cost.

Since Jan 1st 2018 SPARC have been very actively tweeting what they are doing.This is a great sign that they working hard to make SPARC a reality.I am glad i bought in early when i did and see only good things coming from them in 2018.
