as a lot of begginers, i'm interest of participation in bounties! And want know more about it.
You are a junior member on the forum and don't know how to be part of a bounty programme showed you have not been following the events of things on the forum and even visiting the right section of the forum. Bounties are found in the Alternate section of the forum specifically the market place sub section

It's people like you who make forums like this a little less fun.
Who cares what the dude's status is, or how he uses this forum. Are you saying there is literally only one way to use the forum? Cuz obviously everyone uses it in their own manner.
The dude placed a question to learn. Acting in the pompous manner like you do discourages people like this to ask questions. And if no one is asking questions, is this still a forum?
