Hey guys, long time reader, first time poster! I'm currently in the process of creating my own ICO (a real world app mixed with cryptocurrency features) and wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone had tips or any advice on getting the process done yourself VS hiring a company to do it. I'm assuming a company will take care of all of the legal aspects of it, aswell as helping launch the actual currency and ICO process but I'm not sure of any good ones to reach out to - I was hoping to have it set up so that I can have them on a contract and they get paid from the ICO funds rather then forking it up upfront (as it tends to be high cost I'm assuming). Any advice/insights is helpful! For context, we already have a professional white paper, website and a small team but are still hiring more. Thanks!
First of all i would like to greet you. Welcome into this forum. Answering your question you can create your own ICO but the process being made wont really be possible to be done by yourself only. There would be always a team since a project doesnt only have one division which means different people on different field. By the way which country you do reside? If its not strict when it comes to ICO then legality wont really matter or not necessary.
Have you tried Waves Platform? It is really easy to crate your own tokens ready for ICO via interface without any help of programmers. If you need some kind of complex smart contracts you should refer to Ethereum platform, but it requires some smart-contract programming skills.
Waves platform is good but doesnt really have too much demand among on its coins.
