I believe possible China bans will not affect Neo's future. It is an extremely undervalued coin and it has the potential to be the biggest coin out there in a couple of years. I am an investor in NEO and I will hodl it for a long time, I have faith in this project, even more than I do in Ethereum (And I have A LOT of faith in ETH).
Even though some might disagree with me, I would say that NEO's future is pretty bright... The coin has always been undervalued, however, its potential cannot and should not be denied. The project, itself, is amazing and so is the team. Additional ones, which I like, are Restart Energy, Monero, and SwissBorg. One ongoing ICO, however, is pretty interesting to me, but I lack information - the project is called Giftz. Any info?
Giftz, as far as I know, is a rewards-related ICO. After their partnership with BlockV, they also introduced augmented reality into the blockchain. The more tokens you buy, the more power you get in your Giftz card, which can be exchanged for various goods. It is a very nice project, great team, credible historic cost, well-written whitepaper. Since you're on that wave, let me tell you also about these two projects, which you might consider:

2. Cointed

Regarding those questions: I have invested in Giftz. I believe it is a sleeping giant and when people realise what they do it will explode.
Bee token is another great project that is picking up traction just now, if I were you i'd do my research and invest in them before it is too late.
Cointed is a good and well known project, it has been going for a while now, but it is not too late to get some CTD yourself.
