I totally agree , they keep on telling people to follow the rules but I dont think they know or really understand those rules and how to apply them on a different scenarios/situation. The Mod Thugstream just mute people regardless of the situation, he doesn't care because their own Support Katarina will always depend him even he's out of line ( which is most of the time) . This is all based on my daily observation while playing since chat can't be close/minimize on my laptop unless i zoomed all the way in which I don't like.


They really should start to be more professional (support/mods) since they serve as a frontliner of Edward's business/company/site , rather than abusing their power on an unfair call/judgement.

Yesterday I saw a discussion about rules of using alt account which mostly recognized as account registered on the same IP , but there's people in the world ,in some country who shares/uses/rent internet connection for a lot of reason, I would suggest for this kind of issue, might as well implement a KYC procedure . Also Free VPN servers generally have at most a few IPv4 addresses, which are shared more-or-less randomly by all users.



I know Edward wouldn't even bother checking this,and all these stuff from us (users) will not change a thing ,LOL ,just want to share my insight about stake and how some abuse their power.
