Dear team Utrust,
finally a couple of days ago I got my valid passport and I have started again the KYC process but now when I fullfill my personal information I get an internal server error that tells me to reload the url. I tried again several times during last days but the message is always the same.
I wrote email to the support team
ico_support@utrust.com but I do not receive any response.
