I think we have almost reached the local price bottom for all cryptocurrencies and very soon the market will go up again.
ETH didn't loose really much last days which is a good sign, so it will grow even more soon.

But, anyway, I would recommend to sell some ETH and buy some not so popular altcoins because keeping eggs in one basket is always risky (even for ETH).
