Nope... When a site's header is called the "trusted escrow service", you know that it's not trusted
Reading over their FAQ, apparently they claim to be a regulated company under the UK:

It just ends there for no reason.This is definitely a scam attempt. A poorly made site with no history whatsoever. That's worse than you sending first to a newbie, because you have no chance of getting your money back and you have full trust in them to secure your deal.
