All members of my family own different accounts on the Bitcointalk forum. Do they have the right to do this 
I think you will not argue that they have the right to do so.
Farming with your family is not much different than farming alone to me. Therefore, the answer is no. Others, however, might see this differently. I think you will not argue that they have the right to do so.
