i'm not that addicted i can stay months without gambling but i always want to make a profit so when ever i have money i gamble until i lose them all or i reach a good amount that i fixed before starting. but it happen sometime the most of it i lose all my money and stay without gambling for the rest of the month waiting for new income.
It's good that you already have a good plan before you gamble. But I will remind you of the fact that even though we already have a good plan, sometimes, a little situation can change it especially when we realize that we've lost a lot of money because of gambling (the total amount of money we throw at gambling). Some people will try to chase it and break their own rules.
