I made a big withdraw (~26kk) from my wallet qt, but this transaction do not get confirme (after 12 hours)

I have already done a small withdraw (100k) some hours before that, and I had no problem. It was quick.

- My wallet qt is synced.
- I paid a tax for transfer.
