I don't think they would on the outset. Like I said before, it would be a bad move to actually ban activities relating to cryptocurrency because it is a market that could get them big money. Being that South Korea is a country that is very technological, I am sure that many people there are already delved into venturing in the cryptocurrency, if not, pioneering on their own coins to be in play in the market. As South Korea is one of the growing economies that is heavily inclined in technology, it would be a step back not to support the crypto market.
