What exactly are you trying to do? I need more information in general in order to help you.
I would guess you are having trouble connecting to seed peers. Perhaps it's a firewall issue?

in fact I downloaded the wrong version of the wallet from your website, and as it didn't worked I installed Offline wallet version Undecided

If I delete everything to install wallet one more time, I will refound my first address (with mnemonic seed)?

Yes, you should be able to use the mnemonic seed. Perhaps out of caution I would recommend you keep a backup of anything you delete, just in case.
