For someone in Europe, Bitfinex is pretty good in my opinion. I used it before but they stopped allowing US customers, so I had to transfer my coins. I currently use mostly Binance which seems good also. Those are two of the major ones and are probably my favorites although I don’t officially endorse any exchange and you still need to be cautious will all exchanges.
