At current difficulty, it still makes 18 BTC/month. I don't think it's such a bad price.That said, I'm open to offers.

Difficulty won't go up exponentially forever. It'll follow a logistical growth model, something like this:
But than the million BTC question would be, where are we currently situated on this logistical growth model? Just at the start of the fast rise or midway or already near the end.
