This is actually the easiest question ever to answer, to make money.  Until you've cashed out there's not much you can do with bitcoin, everyone will want to draw profits at some point.  You just want to make sure to do it before others do. 

How many people actually look at the satoshi price and think, "yeah baby, bitcoin is outperforming ETH!".  How many people look at bitcoin and think WOW BITCOIN WENT TO $20k USD!  Almost everyone.  Nobody wants the satoshi gains they want the USD because it's a usable currency.
