Is there any specific Wallet You must keep Neo in to get 'Gas' free or any other NEO airdrops or coins, like the Loopring one? What do you use or recommend for a Windows pc? or smartphone if does all the above?

In order to earn GAS, you should get the NEO off the Exchange and manage it on the Blockchain. You can manage the NEO on the Blockchain with a PC Wallet like NEON. You start generating GAS (reward) as soon as the NEO is not on the Exchange anymore. Another large reason why you should not let the NEO on the Exchange is to minimize risk of the exchange losing your funds by closing up business or getting breached."
?...But I guess I don't understand for certain If I can deposit my loopring (LRC) in binance as is Now to the Neon wallet....? and then get the 3 per 100 Neo-Loopring...?
