Numus 'Rhizocarpon' v1.0.1.0 just released.

This update is mandatory for everyone till the block 150 001.
There is important changes in reward plan, total coin limit, some gui changes , etc.
Darksend feature temporary disabled because we received some reports that there is problems with using it. We are working now to clarify where is the root cause.
