So this new loan is to cover the payment of the previous loan from jackg? And for this new loan you use the same collateral?
The company has at least £15000 in assets. I can confirm I do hold the collateral and any decision that is given will have to include me in the contract again just so I can hand over part of the collateral.
My collateral currently stands at 51% in the company primed&ready. There is another company op (says he) owns called ABC car care (I say he says it as someone else owns it but op is a fairly powerful director for them).
Collateral is currently being held by a solicitor op found (who produced our contract).
