Appreciate your post mate. I'm about to launch abroad as I got a decent opportunity to manage a team in a new site my company is opening in Bulgaria, I know it's gonna be hard and I'm preparing as I will stay at least for one year, unless the things go wrong which I don't expect it to happen. I think you covered most of what my fears are and I''ve been thinking hard to overcome these issues.
