I'd be really worried if I was trusting a company like Uniquify that only seems to have experience in designing memory controllers and one ethernet chip to handle a 400GH/s chip that will use 350W according to them.
Do you have any idea how hard it is to cool 24/7 a chip with that power usage? And the flawless marksmanship required in its construction along with quality materials? Let's see if they use fluxless solder in the heatspreader or cheap thermal paste!
